| Strategic Builders has scooped no fewer than 6 awards at the 2009 Far North Queensland Region Master Builders Awards, winning several key categories in the face of stiff competition from much bigger businesses.
Strategic Builders took out the House of The Year Award, the Best House $1M-$1.5M Award, the Best House for Hill Slopes, Best Bathroom, as well as both Apprentice Employer of The Year and Apprentice of The Year (Luke Hope).
The first 4 of these wins were awarded for Strategic Builders’ outstanding work on one project, namely a spectacular multi-level home at Edge Hill. From the feature stone staircase, huge master bedroom, private balconies and atrium to the detail in its timber feature doors, the home is being heralded as nothing short of a masterpiece.
